Looks to me that the Penn State , quarterback , couldn't pass very well.
Otherwise Michigan didn't need to show all their offence yet.
Did notice some bad calls against both teams , and a few missed calls.

Hey Nittany, will it take another head coach for Penn State to stop playing second fiddle to Ohio State and Michigan. James Franklin is 4-16 against them.

Yep, Franklin doesn't have what it takes to be elite. He is a good recruiter, but he doesn't know how to use them.
