Living and working on the land all my life it is easy to see the change,here in the north it is likely more noticeable because people on the land always depend on predictable conditions for safe travel.
Easy to see the change progression over the last 25 years when compared to the previous 25.

The climate as many properly state is changing as it always has. The issue I have is this has become such a political issue no realistic and sensible discussion can or will take place. Whether we humans are the major cause is not the issue to me. The issue to me is with 8 plus billion humans we have trillions of dollars of infrastructure worldwide at potential or real great risk and the cost of dealing with that will be huge. Many state that what is the big deal about raising water level in the ocean say 1 foot over ex years? The reality of this that every stream and river winds up in the ocean and those streams far inland will be raised as well. In some places that can be very costly.
Currently we search to find the holes or bias in the research on either side instead of conducting research that may be very helpful long term.

According to some sources the average sea level has risen 6.5 inches since 1950. We have been adapting. It is not the end of the world.

According to many climate " experts" we should all be treading water by now. They have no credibility.

That why it went from the comingl ice age in the 70s time magazine to global warming in the 80 and early 99s the El Nino as and excuses when that was not panning out then to claimant change. So now any weather it's to ot, it's to cold , it's to dry, it covers it all.

The claimant always changes always has always will. Man is not causing it. One volcano puts our more than man has since we were made out of dust.

It is human nature for us to resist change. Climate change requires us to abandon our old beliefs. Lots of us just say “you can’t tell me what to do” rather than accept a new approach to a problem.

I believe our earth has always experienced climate cycles, and I accept that industrialization is contributing to the current one. Earth has gone through several periods of near extinction as a result of asteroid collisions or volcanic activity. Until now, mankind was unable to contribute to causes that harm our planet.
