noun. slang. the fleshy protuberance at the posterior end of a dressed fowl, esp. the tailpiece of a cooked chicken. Also called: parson's nose.

Oh, those are my second favorite pieces. I love the rendered down fatty skin on those wing tips of the turkey.

My Jagdterrier would not eat McNuggets. He love chicken though. So think about that when you are buying them. I think he liked whole smoked or grilled chicken the most.
