Well, I guess I'll have to start, elsewise the newbie won't feel truly "welcome." When you typed, "middle aged,but..." you should have put a space between the coma and the word, "but." A rookie mistake.You'll get the hang of it eventually. Now don't go asking me for any advice. It seems that the more I learn about wildlife, the less I know. Same thing goes about women. I really hate to be that guy....... but
We just got rid of bearcub for what the sixth time. This post sounds just like what I remember from him in the beginning. I seen a post showing that he was banned. Don't know why and don't care. What kind of trapping are you getting into / doing Bobcat, coon and yotes. Oh and ridding the strip pits of beaver

Dealt with some strip pit beaver. If been messed with can be a nightmare at times.Found one bunch had a den up nuder a bolder left behind. Real challenge was figuring out how to stabilize the trap. That clear water lets em see everything you change as well.
