Because a jury made a decision on what was presented, means nothing when it comes to the truth of the event(s).

Do you think they have ever found a guilty man innocent, or an innocent man has ever been found guilty? Would that even be possible?

How can you believe he was able to get an unbiased jury? In that city and in the climate at the time.

James, just walk down any average American street and start up a conversation with one of your "peers". You'll instantly doubt the wisdom of a jury, especially when you consider the games lawyers play.

trials have NEVER been about finding the Truth...they are about preserving the judicial SYSTEM.

In my experience, twelve jurors tend to balance out in terms of biases and beliefs. But I guess you guys know more than a judge and jury...

Exactly, a jury properly is fact finder on both the crime AND the law. When judges improperly charge juries without fully explaining that you know the thumb is on the scale.
