They chose incorrectly

Bill Maher had it right when he said, "The difference between Christians and Islamists is, Christians don't kill you if you don't convert to their religion". Neither do Jews.

Islam has been in the Philippines for a very very long time. Terrorist groups have been in there as well. We taken some out and still hunt them to this day. Terrorist are like coyotes, you’ll never exterminate them, only hope is knock their numbers back enough to where they aren’t as effective or detrimental to the public.
