I have to agree , land. I purchased a 33 acre wooded property with a run down rustic camp 10 years ago for $37,000 . I thought then I paid too much for it. I purchased it more for the control of the private road that runs through it and it is bordered by state land. Ten years later after paying $10,000 property and school tax. I’ve sold a third of the timber for $13,000, lease the camp for $650/year, and today the property is worth $100,000, and have developers hounding me for it

Guns and Land. Never let people develop on the land idc how much they offer you. Once the land is gone there isn't anymore. Save the land screw the developers. Nothing good has ever come from more houses in an area. It just creates more crime and more problems because you end up having more people show up.

Save the land, resist against developers!!! We don't need more houses. I've lost too much trapping land to new housing developments.

CD's are over 5% right now. All my money is shifting to CDs for the short term as I'm quite unsure which direction the economy is moving

If you goal is to grow your money, silver is not a great "investment". Silver and gold are safe places to store you money as a hedge against inflation. I don't consider them an investment in the typical sense. I would stick to something like a CD if you are looking at a investment.
