If that is a Yaesu FT 2900R the manual is here. * https://tinyurl.com/FT-2900* If the link above does not work just go to www.yaesu.com and you can find the manual. it is a 75 watt radio, very good. I have several Yaesu radios, All work great. RT Systems sells programming software for it and the cable.

Here is a manual for it if that ill help. manualThanks. I got the manual but it is way more smarter then I am. The owner of the shop I bought it from had a stroke so I'm sol for getting any service. Did talk to a guy that sells them but it appears it is a restricted radio and without the proper licensing I shouldn't have it lol. I can manually enter the frequency I want but a lot of our roads just have channel names. Makes it a real dog breakfast.

I got no doubt that it is more than likely a sequence of buttons a guy has to push to get it working properly but couldn't say for sure.
