Look at who has been elected to office in this country. Presidents, House and Senate. Are these people the best that we can find?
Are there really any elections actually going on anymore? Then one must wonder, when was the last election which was actually legitimate?
Sometimes I look at what is going on in the world and wonder if any of it is real, or have I been secretly, without my knowledge, cast in a horrible movie. Any of y'all ever seen the movie, The Truman Show starring Jim Carrey? Am I Truman?

I've seen The Manchurian Candidate, that certainly seems to fit at times.

I couldn't disagree more. Trump was a Democrat for the majority of his life. He is far from extreme. Just because he opposes the, totally off the rails, ideologies of the current regime in charge doesn't make him an extremist. Good grief, as soon as there is an option other than Trump on the conservative side, what do you suppose the media will do to him/her? I will tell you, they will be the "new" Hitler. I, suspect, this is why the polls are becoming more favorable for Trump.

The liberal left voters are so far different mentally from the vast majority of us, they are like a different species. Just look at how the LGBTQs and Women for Reproductive Rights, who vehemently support abortion, rabidly support Hamas and Palestine, who are against their values enough to slaughter them for practising them. The liberal left has virtually no ability to think logically. They run on emotion and feelings, with very little mental connection to reality.

Trump is extreme? Trump is a lot of things, but extreme sure isn't one of them. Trump is far too liberal. He's controversial, egotistical, narcissistic, outspoken, often juvenile... but extreme? Not even close.

That said, it appears the only options are going to be Trump or Biden.

I could have definitely gotten behind DeSantis as President but it's apparently not what most conservatives want. There's no one else in the running I'd consider to be more suitable than Trump.
