Looks good. Made 2 loaves today. Tried out a new to me proofing bowl, found an old Munising wooden bowl at an antique store.

Just started making my first starter 3 days ago, yesterday it was full of bubbles and smelled good. Gonna try making my first loaf this coming weekend.

It took me 10 days to get mine strong enough to bake with.

But have kept it alive for 2 years now

You need at least 69-70 degrees temp in the house to really get it going .

If your house is cool ..like mine 63-64 ...it's going to take longah
