Looks good. Made 2 loaves today. Tried out a new to me proofing bowl, found an old Munising wooden bowl at an antique store. Yup...always make 2 Boules Too much work to make just one

You should post a new recipe once a week Martha.er Nessy.

Just started making my first starter 3 days ago, yesterday it was full of bubbles and smelled good. Gonna try making my first loaf this coming weekend. Nice ! It took me 10 days to get mine strong enough to bake with. But have kept it alive for 2 years now

I got my first starter going too. Day 5. You need at least 69-70 degrees temp in the house to really get it going . If your house is cool ..like mine 63-64 ...it's going to take longah
