That’s unique. Don’t have any daughters and it’s probably a good thing, lol. I have seen what a granddaughter who’s only two can make Puppa do. I’d be flat broke if I’d had daughters! Yep. The girls have me at hi dad! But man now that they are becoming independent they look out for me and my wife!

I don't rifle hunt anymore. I sit with my daughter every season when she rifle hunts for the last 20 plus years. Occasionally, She is my fishing buddy also. Keeping up the tradition!

When I was much, much younger, I enjoyed squirrel hunting with my Dad. He would shoot them. I would run to pick up the dead squirrel and he would put them on a big nail for me to carry. I felt super important!!! Getting the youth involved sometimes is enough.

It used to be hunting but she quit that at around 18. Now it's more of me going up and talking while checking out her amazing animal tank displays. Snake, toads many types of frog's and small lizers and fish. Muti level tanks with water feature and multi species of live plants. Whatever keeps it going!

We just went on a snowmachine ride with her first gun, a little badger 22 break action I painted pink for her Christmas present. She knocked a Ptarmigan, but didn't get him. She's 8.

My daughters are grown with kids of their own. One is a gramma now. When young we would camp and trotline a couple times every summer. They trapped with me. Hunted with me. Now its family dinners on holidays and fishing, hunting, trapping with grandkids.
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
