Drakej trapper D Joined: Dec 2007 Kanabec Cty, MN	Grebes, like loons, can't really "walk" on land or stand really. They just lay on their belly and push with their feet. Bad center of gravity they are designed to swim. I've learned enough thru the years to now know that I don't know enough. KNOWLEDGE IS FREEDOM.

duckbird61 trapper D Joined: Jan 2010 SE Wisconsin	Certainly out of its normal range, listed as a rare visitor in Pennsylvania, New York etc. But what the heck, we had pink flamingos and roseate spoonbills sighted here in Wisconsin , been a strange year for bird sightings
