First five minutes pretty dang interesting from a historical perspective, next two hours should be good . Always wonder why neck sizing was the " accurate thing to do" because the usual explanations never seems to sit right to me

Neck size was supposed to be more accurate. If it was I couldnt tell. Tried it with my 22 250. Had feeding problems. Not a big deal when theres only one coyote but trying to shoot a second one, thats running now, even shooting the furthest one first, was a lot tougher when the bullet took force to get it to chamber.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

If you speak with any long range competive shooter, hard to find any that don’t FLS everything every time. I believe Eric Cortina has a whole video on it in his shooting series.

neck sizing makes for basically zero tolerance head spacing
your head and shoulder perfectly fit your gun because you fire formed it then didn't reset the shoulder back with full lenght sizing.

I like my collet neck sizing die , the brass doesn't grow like traditional sizing
making 308 reload for the gun it was shot for pistol reloading fast 4 pulls and ready to fire again

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

It makes your brass last longer since it's not working it so hard. Never bothered with it myself since my results met my standards. I prefer shooting and only tinker at the reloading bench to get the accurate loads I want at a price I can afford. NOT because I enjoy it. My time is so limited I have been buying factory ammo in some calibers the last several years.

If you shoot a custom barrel with tighter tolerance, neck turning can be necessary.

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

I always figured it was popular back in the day because the chambers were pretty sloppy back then.

Nowadays, when you order a chamber reamer you can order a resizing reamer to match and factory chambers are much tighter.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

If you anneal after every firing your brass will last a lot longer. You also have to be using quality brass as well. I’ve got Peterson 338 Norma cases that are easily on their 10th reload and still going strong.

If you own a set of micrometers that can be used to measure neck wall thickness you will find out that most of the big name brands of brass are NOT the same thickness around the circumference of the neck. On a custom barreled rifle with an accurized bolt neck tension with seated bullets is one of the variables to maximum accuracy that can be addressed.

Some of the better brass, Lapua, Norma, and Petersen are pretty good right out of the box.
