Our computer lady left directly from the sale headed to airport only to have truck break down on the freeway and miss the flight. Next morning jumped on a new flight to head back east for work. Then she has had major plane delays. Thanks for your patience. There was another 125 categories but I pulled those out to make it easier to read.

Probably not.

At ITA sales - eastern cats are eastern US cats - western cats are western US cats.

At OTC sales - eastern cats are eastern Oregon cats. (better) - western cats are western Oregon cats.

Need a score card to keep things straight.

Here is what I have orders and requests for the March sale. Striped skunks, spotted skunks, red fox, gray fox, marten, fisher, kit fox, ringtails, squirrels, wolves, lynx, and weasels. Obviously we need beaver, everyone needs beaver and I have a goal of 1,500 beaver I am going to pull into the March sale. Our craft buyers can't get enough otter, squirrels, ringtails, fox and skunks. We have two extra garment makers coming in March as well but they are mostly looking for fox but will buy other items. The top coyote at our last sale was a color phase coyote from NY that went for $46. If you have color phase coyotes, leave the feet on and ship them to us! Bobcat market hasn't really been set yet so we will see where it goes but all high end cat buyers will be there in March. I do have several craft buyers that are only looking for low grade cats. All species that you add feet too will add $5-$125. I was standing by a decent coyote and a craft buyer says "this coyote is worth $20 to the fur market and if it has feet on it I would pay $50. We went over and looked at a decent backed bobcat. He said this is a $200 bobcat, with feet on it I would pay $350. The skull market is hot as ever with raw badger and otter skulls at $10-12, spotted skunk and kit fox skulls at $8-10 and more common skulls like beaver/coyote/skunk/coon a few bucks a piece. Otter, marten, bobcat, badger, lion, wolf and spotted skunk skinned out carcasses are needed.
I'm never going to run down anyone else's sale, all I will do is promote ours. We treat ours like a mini convention with 2 1/2 days of demos, IDFG wolf trapper ed class, live music, food vendors, speakers, meetings, fur handling demos, live auction with our donations, trapping vendors and loads of fun. Fish and Game will be on site selling furbuyer licenses, even our brand new reduced 3 day non resident furbuyer licenses. We pride ourselves in getting a variety of items at our sales in and pull in as many buyers as possible. Bring your horns, pelts, tanned pelts, teeth, bones, frozen items, traps, snakes, feathers, mounts, skulls, or carcasses. If it is trapping, hunting or wildlife related you can sell it on our sale. (if its legal of course)
Rest assured that the money that is made at our sales is going to protect and promote trapping. No one at our sale gets a dime, it all goes back to the club. If you want to ship fur please contact me first. We will take your rats, mink and coon but shipping will kill you. But bobcats, otter, fisher, red fox, marten, weasels and lynx I bet you will get your shipping back and much more by shipping to us. Contact me by text, FB messager or call me. I rarely get on here but can take messages on here too.
Thanks

Bobcats. All lumped together. Which can distort the average depending on how many Texas cats show up compared to Nevada cats.

On the bobcat sections we will have a lot of coastal cats from Washington and Oregon at our March sale. We will put coastal cats (in Oregon they call them westerns) in our "eastern" category.. Our easterns were PA, WV, GA, NC, MS, ect.

I brought a cascade cat (nothing too spectacular) to this January sale from Oregon and it was called a western. Fetched $177...I was darn pleased.

" We have two extra garment makers coming in March as well but they are mostly looking for fox "

FOX- I stated earlier in the season that you would see an uptick in demand.
