I think I've read just about all of them. Great books, never read any of the stories I didn't like.
When us older people say, "Enjoy them while they're young." We are talking about our hips and knees, not our kids.

Just started reading them. My husband got me some for Christmas. Just finished the 3rd one in the series. I like them.
But I also like the "awful Joe Pickett Paramount Series", lol.
Proudly banned from the NTA.

The books are good. The TV show is not. I have not read the books. But a very good friend is a Box relative so I know about the books. I have watched the Paramount series and they make Joe look like a moron.

The books have to be better than the awful Joe Pickett Paramount Series. I could barely make it thru one episode. The movies make a mess out of some really good books. Another example is the Jack Reacher stories. Reacher in the books is about 6 foot 4 and 240 pounds. Who do they get to play Reacher in the movies, 5 foot 7, 160 pound, Tom Cruise. Are you kidding me? I started watching one of the movies and couldn't take it more than a half hour.

My wife and I love those books, waiting on the latest from the library, about #50 on the waiting list now. John Sanford books with Virgil Flowers are also great books.
