I am plain
Ketchup + Mustard I have to admit, if I mix garlic in a burger and let it set for a short while, it needs nothing after grilled. Neighbors called it a naked burger .

I like mine with a salad and I then put the burger patty on top of the delicious salad and throw the bun away.
Didn’t realize we had so many vegetable haters here.
Cooked no more than medium by the way.

Seriously. I like jalapeños on my burger with white onions, tomatoes and lettuce. With a little mustard, maybe a few dill pickle slices if I don’t have a pickle spear with it.
Still, not over cooked. Medium please.
I still think burgers should be wider not thicker!
I have had a portobello mushroom “burger”. It was surprisingly good.

2 - 1/2 pound burgers (medium Cooked), thin slice white onion, leaf lettuce. slice on tomato, and ketchup w/ large side order French fries w/ tons of ketchup on the fries with lots of salt and chased with Pepsi or coke if I have too.
We have a restaurant here that serves the above with 3 patties and if you can eat everything... you don't have to pay for it. I get that about once a year and they hate to see me coming through the door, because they know they are going to have to pick up the tap.

Medium rare, 1/2 pound burger, could be larger. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, dill pickles, leaf lettuce, tomato, (mustard-ketchup-mayo-mixed), options depending on the day: bbq sauce, jalapenos. Toasted flat bread. Side: air fried cheese curds, onions rings, mushrooms.

https://b-bops.com/menu/details/3-4-lb-hamburger - this one with cheese, add a salt packet to the meat and throw the tomato out to the seagulls in the parking lot. Best burger you can buy anywhere. Homemade burgers just need cheese and a toasted bun. A naked burger ! Except for the cheese.

LOL Bunch of different tastes for sure. We may have to have a burger cookoff ! I like mine pink to bloody in the center.
They all sound good. Can't wait for summer to grill up these ideas.
