I can't be the only one that likes some horsey sauce on my burger? I like enough to feel the burn in the old sinus.

LOL Sounds OK , except for the mustard , and relish ! They go on hot dogs , your boy queen knows that much, I'm sure.

I have to admit, if I mix garlic in a burger and let it set for a short while, it needs nothing after grilled.
Neighbors called it a naked burger .

I like mine with a salad and I then put the burger patty on top of the delicious salad and throw the bun away.

Seriously. I like jalapeños on my burger with white onions, tomatoes and lettuce. With a little mustard, maybe a few dill pickle slices if I don’t have a pickle spear with it.

Still, not over cooked. Medium please.

I still think burgers should be wider not thicker!

I have had a portobello mushroom “burger”. It was surprisingly good.

2 - 1/2 pound burgers (medium Cooked), thin slice white onion, leaf lettuce. slice on tomato, and ketchup w/ large side order French fries w/ tons of ketchup on the fries with lots of salt and chased with Pepsi or coke if I have too.

We have a restaurant here that serves the above with 3 patties and if you can eat everything... you don't have to pay for it. I get that about once a year and they hate to see me coming through the door, because they know they are going to have to pick up the tap.

Medium rare, 1/2 pound burger, could be larger. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, dill pickles, leaf lettuce, tomato, (mustard-ketchup-mayo-mixed), options depending on the day: bbq sauce, jalapenos. Toasted flat bread.
Side: air fried cheese curds, onions rings, mushrooms.

A naked burger ! Except for the cheese.

Here is an addition.

When I eat fries…. I prefer yellow mustard on regular fries, unless it’s thick cut fries. Then I like vinegar.
