Selma, Alabama currently doesn't have a BBQ joint. I'm not trying to be a smart mouth but why can't the city of Selma keep a BBQ joint open ? Is it because it's the wrong time of year or what? I got my information from Peter Santenello. Thank you for your time. I know there's bbq experts on here.

Lot of them are closing down due to they can't find any help.
Between Prattville and Selma is a hole in the wall bbq joint that's the best bbq ive ever ate, Hog Heaven i think is the name, old falling down building with pick nick tables outside to eat on, drive and parking lot full of pot holes from all the log trucks stopping in everyday. Can find it from the smoke smell blowing across the highway, lol.

I had to quit drinking Busch Light due to the high variance in taste from one case to the next.
I like to try different beers no matter the cost as I’ve had some more expensive that my taste bubs reject. Some I keep in a regular rotation.
PBR Miller genuine draft Miller High Life Stag
I have drank a lot of Milwaukee Beast back in college, but that’s been 30 years ago. May have to find a 12 pack to try.
If it was available local, Yuengling Black and Tan would be my everyday drink.

This is supposed to be BBQ thread. I don't drink beer. I have heard that BBQ cooks often die with out beer. I never took a chance, so I do not know if it is true.

I heard that a good BBQ joint can Barbecue about anything. Then I met a Creole in Oconto County that gave me some really good Barbecue, when I asked what it was he told me Porcupine and an old family recipe. I asked him if I could have the recipe and he told me he would have to kill me first then put it in the Casket with me so I declined.
God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.
