Gurdy OP trapper Joined: Jan 2024 WI	Looking for some new shows to watch. I usually watch Youtube trapping videos, but i found this amazing documentary called "Trapper Jake" on Amazon prime video. It was simply amazing, and that man was incredible! If you haven't seen it I would strongly STRONGLY suggest it! Are there any other shows or movies like this out?

Trap Setter trapper Joined: Oct 2014 Eau Claire Wi	I have some of trapper Jake's traps and drags. Not a big deal but neat to watch and know I am using his equipment. Got em at auction in WY a few years ago. Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.

Wanna Be trapper W Joined: May 2018 SW Georgia	I’m 5min in and learned how to dispatch coyotes!!! No one would ever tell me how, lol. I’ve seen pics and videos of folks holding something other than a rifle or catch pole, but he flat shows how it’s done.

Yes it i a big deal to you and it is something to be proud about Trapping and the fur market was a very large and important part of the settlement and establishment of what became the United States The Lousanna purchase Thomas Jeferson Louis and Clark are well known But a lot of lesser known trappers also where key figures in history of the way the fur industry was the driving force during that time period of American history tndeed what you have is special

Pretty good flic. Worth taking the time to watch for sure. I had quite a good laugh list to the story about the fur theif.
