Hobo shoestring's body was found in a lake. I originally learned about Mark on trapperman. This is one bit of news I wish I didn't have to post, but I thought some other people may find this informative.

I had watched a few of his videos maybe two weeks ago. Sad. Do you know if the investors suspect a crime or an accident? I didn't hear an exact cause. I know he was battling a serious mental illness.

I never heard of him before but I'll check it out now , I've got a nephew who has seen quite a bit of the USA via train cars without a ticket also ha ha .
I've not seen or heard from him in over 6 years now since his mom's funeral .

Interesting life he had. I used to see free riders on trains years ago. I haven't seen any now for years. If I have to wait for a train, I'm always looking for them tucked away on a car someplace. That main rail from Chicago to Washinton Sate had a lot of free loaders hitching a ride.
