Be thankful the value of the dollar is staying high relative to other currencies or the price of gas would get real sporty

Man I'd love to see 5 dollar gas ! Not if you and ya our wife both commute to work, have two kids that are active in sports, you wouldn’t. I don’t give a rats backside about people’s investments, for the overall well being of this nations working class this is a painful reality that the majority have to endure. Hopefully for only another 8 months…. If you don’t travel, or have to drive daily, it is probably not an issue for that singular person. But who thinks about just themselves, right? This is just a push for “green energy”, open up our spigots here, and this problem goes away…

I understand that, wasn’t meant to be a shot at anyone. Just a general statement about the realities of daily life in America, or at least the vast majority of I guess. I’ve been to Alaska twice, bar none the most beautiful place on earth, but the cost of living there is considerable. Probably why it is still so pristine and not polluted with all the scum the rest of the nation is…. I will say that Anchorage seems to be filling up pretty quickly with the trash from my previous visit 20 years ago.

It's down compared to last year on the increase per day but overall production is the highest it's ever been.
I live in the middle of the oil patch and it's business 24/7. The new pad to our southeast was started with snow on the ground. Two dozers spent a couple days pushing snow, then started ripping frozen ground so the scrapers could get to work.

Last thing the oil companies want to do is overproduce, like they did in 2014 when everybody got laid off. Nice talking points though.

The US uses proxies to blow up oil refineries and that's all fine and dandy. I spill a quart of oil in my driveway and I'm expected to call DEP.
