Yeah, The Black Hills is busy all summer, very tourist oriented of course
That being said, our youngest daughter got married at a wedding venue we rented near Hill City last year, the weekend following Coyote Days.
I was a bit apprehensive about the bike traffic, but from what I saw, there was more people at other events along the way
The T-shirt shops and other fudge and coffee shops were busy too
It’s the Hills for sure
One other factor to consider is that Nebraska apparently has a helmet law for bikers, so they tend to avoid there I’ve been told
Anyone traveling on Hwy 20 from the east will come by the Museum of the Fur Trade in Chadron, Ne., as well as Fort Robinson at Crawford Nebraska, which are both ‘must see’ places as mentioned many times before
I still think your son would enjoy it! But, Sioux Falls is closer for you, maybe see you in July there?

When I attended Coyote Days two years ago I didn’t see any bikers other than what would be in a normal summer day with maybe a few pasig through typically of anywhere in the United States. What do you have against bikers? 99.9% are not Hells Angels type.

I doubt the the 1% ers would bother you anyway unless you bother them. Even when the first coyote days was held the same weekend as the Sturgis rally, I didn’t see any 1% in town. Just regular bikers passing thru.

Thanks John! It would sure help me if any of you needed boards to pre-order them. Then you can make sure to get what ya want.
Im still making coyote boards, cat boards come in 3 sizes, X-large,Large,small. Large toms go on the large, everything else on the small. Red fox boards, and grey fox boards.
Its easier to call me, but text gets better response. 970-812-7473.
Depending on how much room I have, I will bring some of my other creations as well. Everyone needs a chainsaw carved bear or eagle im thinking!

Thanks for the complement Nancy. Have some small things and ideas I have learned over the years from cats that I have missed or lost that have led to how I set now.. Have never heard or read about the ideas. Time to speak.up.and let people agree or.disagree. My plan is to get watchers to.think, more than just show how. Should have something to.look at in the end too. Just hope I can get it out. Kind of bashful.
