Standard USDA set in my area..... Illegal even with a special permit. (fully submersed required on bodygrip traps)

Looks good... should work. Show us a photo of the beaver when you get it...
I'm glad we don't have a Spring Season.... it was 87 here yesterday. Would about make a guy break out in a sweat setting traps.

Chased a lot of beaver that went to their university.... Dave, If you are speaking of WA, you are wrong about conibears needing to be set fully submerged. As you know you have to have a Special Trapping Permit but the permit only requires the trap to be "set in water", nothing about fully submerged. Prior to 2000 conibears with a jaw spread of 7 inches or more had to be full submerged.
