Would about make a guy break out in a sweat setting traps. Garry- “Don't pick a fight with an old man. As you know you have to have a Special Trapping Permit but the permit only requires the trap to be "set in water", nothing about fully submerged. Prior to 2000 conibears with a jaw spread of 7 inches or more had to be full submerged.
