Nice! He has always treated me well and I have been happy with his prices.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Nice action!! I might have to find some of those prairie stream corn stalk and mud dam building rodents this coming season and see what happens. Beaver is a actually the 2nd most problem animal that state trappers deal with on an average year in South Dakota. Even with almost no trees on many minor creeks around here, its amazing where those suckers will end up and try to make a beaver pond

How many coon? Good prices! I only had 5 coons that I caught in January while filling my bobcat tag. Got $12 for 2 big ones $8 for a medium and $6 for 2 small

Wyoming otters need to eat a couple of tourists like the Idaho ones do from time to time. Maybe that would budge the notion.

I was surprised to get $150 for a Wisconsin cat. It had a nice belly and January cats are well furred. I got $200 for cat at NAFA auction one year and a top lot award for it as well. That year an average cat price was $50. Cats everywhere here and it took 7 years for late season tag , right across boarder Minnesota is 5 a year. Frustratingly stupid management. I see and hear a common theme on this site…….. Wisconsin DNR does dumb things lol.

A 9-10 dollar average on coon is pretty decent. I would actually enjoy a 10 dollar average to be the trend…plenty of coon out there to catch, easy to skin and put up,,, and you aren’t going to have much competition. I can make money with averages like that

I can make money with averages like that No you can't. Figure up your cost for equipment to catch that coon, then figure mileage, then figure time to catch, skin, flesh, board, and dry. 10 bucks a head is less than the cost of production
Gotta live up to the nickname...
