Wanna Be trapper W Joined: May 2018 SW Georgia	Cool pic Swamp!! All I’m getting is fat bellied does! I did play a fawn distress “Bambi Snack” last night while coyote hunting and was glad I had the call out there a ways! We had a big ole pregnant doe come charging in at a dead run! Don’t know how we gonna use that sound this Summer. All I’m getting are pics of these…spot sorta looks familiar. Did get this earlier too. Guess temps only affect hunters and not coyotes.

GUNNLEG trapper G Joined: May 2023 Virginia	Got my first visible antler on a couple of bucks over the last few days. Pretty much just 3-4” of pedicle so far. I’d imagine we’re still a few weeks out from seeing the first fawns. Been keeping an eye on a momma wood duck for the last month or so with 12 ducklings. Amazingly she still has 12. Woulda assumed that a bass, pike, snapping turtle, hawk, eagle or some other critter woulda grabbed a few by now. Guessing something caused them to come out of their nest early with how tiny they still are. Little jokers can swim though.

DugK trapper D Joined: Dec 2020 West Virginia	Those Black coyotes are cool. I like to see fawns, it gives you are pretty close time frame when the mother was bred. Gestation of a whitetail is 201 days. Take the one from May 4, conception was around Oct 15
