If Im gonna be running pavement for any amount of time, I air them back up and it pedals/motors much easier. At 32Mph, its a touch faster than I need. Battery seems to last a long time between charges. Only drawback ive seen so far is the price for the quality bikes. Buy once, cry once.

$2,000 for that one my use was more important than the price plus the company is US based and built with “global parts” so China most likely. At least the company has a face and people to deal with Vet owned also.

No arguments there, 95% of bike manufacturers are Asia based. The company I went with, Bakcou, is also US based with the frames manufactured in China to Bakcou's specifications. Only time and use will tell if it was worth the price.

Law dog lay the bike on it's sidestep one leg over so you are straddle it. Lift it up by handle bars and your on it.

Trust me you figure things out when you have short legs

As for seats go to Walmart and get you the wide buddy . No point and made like the old metal tractor seats. Padded of course
What I loved about my rad power bike. Only thing I had to put on was front wheel. It has a quick change mount on the tire.

My buddy said the same thing, he needs a stool to get going so I’ll need to adapt to it I hope. If the bike was a horse it would be a draft horse sized one.

Tried to pedal start it form a stopped position wrong move you can’t move that much weight quick enough to maintain your balance dumped it twice. Used the electric power that worked fine just did not know what to expect when I hit the throttle. It rode fine under power a bit rough but I’m not looking for much just basic A to B travel down a road to get where I’m going and save my knees a bit and save them for climbing the hills.

Looking to modify the seat since it’s set as low as it goes the seat shock is not working anyway and putting a pool noodle piece of foam on the nut bar to protect the boys. 2 options I think would of been better is the smaller sized 20 inch mustang type bike would of been way better/comfortable or the open frame girls style if that is strong enough for rough trails.

If I can’t get it going comfortably I’ll need to look into getting the smaller sized bike if stopping and going is an issue. This puts a serious dent in the stop and listen tactics I bought it for and the risk of injury is concerning. Consider these things if you're thinking about getting a full sized EBike.

Should have went with the girly girl step thru model without the horizontal nut bar !!

Jayburd tried to warn you !!! laugh

Introducing the nut saver 3000 it will work for now until I get a padded permanent type one made up and upholstered. It will get me through the weekend in the Hills chasing turkeys. Level start with both feet on the ground a game changer. Patent pending lol

There are some around town that people use,be no problem trying one out.
Nearest dealer I imagine would be in Timmins, only 100 km away.
I wouldnt have use for one here though.

One more trick to save the but and back. IF I MEAN IF you can stand up on the pedals as you go over rough ground. Legs absorb the shock versus the spine.. But if you are having trouble taking off you probably should not do that .
Hey while your at wally world grab some training wheels too !!!!

No problem taking off with it being level now the stop and go is no problem I’ll make a chopper style seat that’s as low as I can make it. So the problem will be solved for where I’m going standing on the pedals is no problem for the distances I’m going. This will safely get me through turkey season I’ll have a better seat by fall.

I’m sitting between the front rack and the seat post that’s the proper pedal distance for me it works like a dream now.n

I can pedal start or power it when level that just won’t work on a leaning tippy toe start just to much working against the process. Add a turkey vest and shotgun it would have been a disaster for this guy not I’m in control.

LD,
You mentioned the seat was a suspension seat. That may be part of the seat height issue. Those suspension seat posts dont adjust down as low as a plain seat post due to the suspension mechanism. A regular seat post will allow the seat to drop all the way down to the frame.

Probably can't drop any lower than the bottom of that accordian-looking section where the spring is. Regular seat post allow the seat to drop all way down.

Picked mine up yesterday. It came standard with the nut crusher 3500. The seat has to go. Haven’t got the handle bars adjusted just right yet either. My butt may hurt but my knees feel much better not having to walk so much.
