My uncle was a great lakes tug captain and worked the shipyard in Sturgeon bay. he talked about the worst wind storm they every had breaking the moorings on a big freighter they had in for repairs , ripped the concrete right out of shore. they then spent 2 days round the clock pushing with 2 tugs to hold it until the wind calmed down enough definitely an everyone on watch shifts kind of day with wind like that. America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
