I'd think with Maine being known for their lobsters, crawdads would be slumming it pretty bad. Kind of like eating carp if u lived in Alaska. Lol When I'm working in the park and over a hundred miles from the coast go to option B....lol

Love crawdads. Finding clean water is the hardest part. I imagine Maine has plenty of that. Crawdads in the West weight more that most, but it's not necessarily a good thing. I prefer them boiled plain and dipped in butter.
