My plum trees are starting to fill out but I've noticed a large portion look disfigured, more like peppers than plums. They are soft and hollow and I've ever seen this before. Are they sick or what? [Linked Image]

It looks like plum pox. It's caused by a virus, spread by aphids. It can infect all stone fruits.

You may want to contact MNMAN. I am guessing he is familiar with the symptoms listed and may have some advice. My Plum trees look good but the apples are sure taking a beating from the army worms. I did see my first covey of grouse chicks tonight. There were about 10 of the little gum drops.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Mine just blossomed! I guess we are a little behind the South.

I would have guess that too but there are dozens of them on the trees. Hope to at least get a few plums this year!
