Polar bears are dangerous if you are travelling out on James bay.
When the tide goes out(and it goes out fast) it is so flat that the mud flats are a couple miles wide. You are stuck until the tide comes back in..Polar bears roam the mud flats when the tide is out.A man cannot walk easy if at all on the mudflats to get to shore when tide is out.

Thank you. That is fascinating. Eating fast food every day for a week would probably kill them people.

Drawing government money every month, makes it a lot easier to live off the land.

This guy draws government money. That's household trash on the porch. I have to drive by it to get to my cabin. I'll trade for the polar bears.

Would that be considered a nuisance polar bear ?

In Canada, can these bears be culled for
predating upon human resources ?

That gun doesn't appear to be a polar bear caliber.

What make & model is that firearm ?

There’s tags available to the locals based on population. The locals can guide a hunt or have a draw within their community. They're their tags and can use as they wish. An American can come shoot one, but it won’t be coming home with the hunter. In Manitoba, you can have one or import it, but can’t sell it. Mine might even be chipped, which they started doing in 2016 to legally harvested bear in Nunavut with plans to expand the project to NWT & Yukon…..Ian (Muskrat411) would know for sure.

People shoot them in the towns on the coast when they come to the dump.
Once in a while one gets shot out on the bay at goose camp when they come around.Too dangerous.
