There's a bunch of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks you can make with cucumbers that should still work with over ripened ones. Ive had had cucumber drinks, which were good, but have never made them. Their should be lots of recipes online. Many cucumber drinks have vinegar in them and are similar to Sekanjabin.

Some Arabic and Mediterranean sauces are made with ripe cucumbers too. I've had Greek food with cucumber sauces.

Like Keith said.....make wine out of them. Peel them though, all the bitter stuff is supposedly in the peel. I've got 10 lbs in the freezer to make a cucumber mint wine with later.

I just cut two up and put them in claussen pickle brine.

I break them in half before I take them in the house

Fire up the cucumber gun and launch them at the neighbors cattle.

Slice them in half.....end to end......before you feed them to the chickens. Zucchini too.

Make relish.

Scoop out the seeds and eat the rest

take grandkids out with a couple pew pews an blow em up!
