lady123 OP trapper L Joined: Sep 2011 worcester co MD	Well i woke up this morning ,and set to the kitchen table for my morning coffee and looked out the window , there was 18 turkeys in my front yard less than 20 feet from the house. Two hens and 16 half grown birds. Never seen them that close to the house before.

charles trapper C Joined: Aug 2010 Asheville, NC	A few years ago three gobblers would come to my patio to get sunflower seeds. Sometimes they would peck on the glass sliding door. If we were not home, they would get frustrated and sling our doormat out into the lawn.

Just like described , almost tame , waiting for free food every day. I call them duckocrats They eat , then go back in the river , preen a bit then sleep. They do nothing all day except for smoking their quack pipes.......lol NRA benefactor member
