Whitetail back strap cut in bite size pieces with only flour/salt/pepper on it fried in a iron skillet only using crisco shortening with fried taters and pinto beans on the stove and a big ol pan of homemade biscuits!!!! My bride is the best !!!!!

For birds, quail, ruffed grouse, blue grouse.

4 legs, elk, moose, caribou. But all the rest are good.

And I do eat a lot of Illinois whitetail.

I like turkey and wild pig as my top two. Been on a mission to kill a bear here the last couple years because I have heard they are excellent, but havent got there yet

Mountain Lion back straps are better then elk back straps. Lynx meat Is pretty darn good.
