My thought is always Jtrapper and Savell. Especially the way Savell has made him a nephew. Savell is always wanting me to apologize to the kid and I maybe would but i keep thinking it might really be Savell and I can't do that. another thought I had is Hal or ( the name has left me..... ) the liberal lawyer....... coming for payback The kids good but doesn't seem as quick witted as Hal. I'm leaning towards the Lawyer. Being good friends with Paul would help with it

I don't know why I'm bothering writing this, as I doubt you'll listen. This is what I would do, and wish I would have done when I was your age.
Keep your job and save every penny. Use what trapping supplies you already have, don't buy more. This winter run a small line as your time permits and focus on becoming a better trapper.
If you live in an area close to a town, or if your parents would be willing to drive you to town a few days a week next summer, start a lawn care business. Use some of the money from your job to buy a weedwhacker, and a good push mower. Look for clearance deals for those items this fall and winter at stores like Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, etc. Then next summer, work TWO jobs... keep your milking job, and hang up flyers advertising your mowing business all over town. Mow every lawn you can all summer, and save all that money too. By the time you're old enough to drive, you should have enough money saved to buy a truck. Once you have your truck, you can expand your lawn care business to other towns and make even more money. Possibly consider buying a used plow for your truck and plow driveways before school and on weekends (by then, if you're managing your business right you should be able to quit the milking job).
Stay in school, and keep saving as much of your money as you can. Trap on school vacations and before or after school. Then, once you graduate from school, take a gap year. A gap year is a year in between graduating high school and starting college (if you're going to college). If you're careful with earning and saving your money between now and then, and your parents will allow you to live with them still, you should have no problem spending the entire trapping season trapping from dawn until dark. Maybe even consider an out of state trapping trip to a southern state once your season starts winding down up north.
I know you probably won't take this advice, but if you do, that year will most likely be the best year of your life. Just scroll by...iam sure there are dishes to clean...laundry to do...weed the Gaahden..t Time Bettah spent ..than getting hosed. Me ...iam just in-between coats of clear ...lol
It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

quit asking for advice you not going to listen too
Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
