Want to get trappers post again

FFG came today. I get the NWTF, DU, Delta Waterfowl, National Deer Alliance and Whitetails Unlimited magazines. Recently gave money to Quails Unlimited so will probably get something from them also.

Been getting Fur-Fish-Game since 1973.Also like the Backwoodsman.

Ditto on Mother earth news , it was like a 2 year cycle of the same articles in repeat.

I get American rifleman because I don't think you can get an NRA membership without one and I need that to maintain range credentials
Ditto on the USPSA magazine , won't let you have a membership without the magazine and I need it to keep my range officer status.

I don't get any magazines anymore. It's been around 30 years since I had a magazine subscription.

Starting when i was a kid on, I used to get "Ranger Rick" "Boy's Life", " Outdoor Life", "Field and Stream, "National Geographic", " Newsweek", "Playboy" and "Gamebird Gazette".

They made us buy "Newsweek" in our high school social studies class.

It looks like some of you don’t support trapping by not getting the trapping magazines out there who are part of the voice of trapping. To each their own.

I have zero magazine subscriptions. Articles are always very general and often nothing more than advertisements made into articles. I quit wasting money on them years ago. If they had good article deeper than the most basic info I may change my mind. If they want my business they have to put out a product I want. Goes for any and everything..

One exception is a the varmint hunter tt that had article that went very detailed . It was a shooting and varmint hunting focused magazine 6 issues a year. That one had great articles about loading, bullets and predator hunting. Good pictures on the cover and inside. But it looks to have gone out of business.

I guess people are lazy and don't like detailed articles.
