I have the pistol with a burris reflex sight - recommended by keltec. It bas been back to keltec four times. They can not get it to reliably cycle. I really like the gun. Great trigger, light, accurate. Accurate to hit a hog at 100 yards off a rest. I would not use it as a self defense gun - but for a trapping companion, a mis fire here and there is not a big deal

I know a few guys who have them, I have had at least two of them tell me that theirs will function flawlessly if they don't load over 25 rounds in the clip, but if they load it all the way up it will sometimes malfunction.

I heard there are feed issues with these. What has been your experience? 30 rounds from a self defense weapon sounds attractive, but not if there are feed problems.

Dispatching livestock. It has better trajectory than a lr. If you shoot a lot of rounds lr would e beneficial, but for most people who will shoot less than 20 rounds the mag is better. The difference in poi is very noticable at 100+ yards.
It does double duty better than a 17.

Agree Jayme.

Back when it was legal we would float the river at night coon hunting. Last few years we used a boom box with original “coon puppies” tape. We started with .22lr and went through a whole range of bullets and rifle combos. We settled on .22mag semis 100%. About the only thing we never even debated. The only semis we could find back then were the H&R 700. My brother has one and I have two of them. My first one is by far my favorite gun. Too many memories and story’s for it not to be!
