8 and 10 pt coming through er’ evening and most mornings. Got a bachelor group of 8 or so still hanging strong. anticipating a break up in the next few weeks.

Poults are doing well!

There really are big bucks from one end of the state to the other. I personally believe it would be hard to say what part of the state is best. Some areas have more deer than others but there's still big bucks there. I've seen a few hunting celebrities in my area but a lot of the shows are filmed further south and west of me were there's more guides and outfitters.

Yes Sir, I’ve seen some Kansas mounts and sheds while out there, I know y’all grow some big one! Seen a guys rattling antlers that were over 160” too. Sounded like 4x6’s when clanking them together. I was turkey hunting NW of you.

A couple bucks that will be hard to let walk but hope they make it another year. Just applied for my bobcat tag yesterday, starting to get more and more on camera.Good luck everyone this hunting season!

After the mowing...

Still ain’t seen a hog killin’ video.

Just got off tractor. All mowing is done. I'm dog tired. Too tired to do any walking and looking for hogs.

Saw 7 pigs yesterday and 1 pig today from tractor. Also saw a polished off 2 yr old 10pt and a crooked 8 pt, and a velvet small 8pt. They always let the tractor get right up on em.

1000 acres with roads and firebreaks all over it. It's ready to hunt now!

Just got a shower. About to head over to Ashburn for some quick supper.

Gonna do some cell camera rearranging in the morning...then head back home by noon.

Will be back next week to put out some sd card cameras. Also to prep some stand locations.

I was baiting one of my bear stands last night caught some eye shine with my headlamp. Had a cub at 25 yards that wouldn't take a hint, even though I had the 4 wheeler idling right behind me. Decided I'd rather bait in the morning.
