I figured out what the light shining up is. There's a night light on the Baldy Hack building that's making the up and down reflection on the phone lens.
I still think it takes alot of guts to sit ontop of a minature nuclear bomb. I still find it fascinating,, how calm and collected that buzz aldrin was when he, Neil Armstrong and Mike collins went to the moon. None of the rockets have nuclear engines. They all have much more standard combustion engines. Elon's rocket burns liquid methane and oxygen for fuel.
