Don't know about wasps, but I've sprayed whatever lube spray,( WD40,etc) on hand ,in places ants nest or earwigs congregate and that stops them for a long time....

Hadn't used the David Brown tractor all summer. Fired it up the first day of September and a whole swarm came out of the cowling. Got stung up so bad even with the epi-pen and benedril I ended up in the ER with a steroid bag main lining me in the arm

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

One of my wren houses was taken over last year, I was picking grapes and noticed the wasps flying in my face

I drove a truck for 10 years delivering propane. Standard equipment in the meter box was a can of wasp spray. It went to every tank with me. I got stung 3 times one summer. By the third time, my arm swelled to double it's normal size. Some were always away from the nest and came back to join the fun.

We had an old WPA outhouse that had a couple of air vents that housed those red devils every summer. As bad as going out there in zero weather as it was it seemed worth risking frostbite over wasp stings !

My Jack Russel hunts them down and eats them. Don’t always go good for her.
