Put down and buried oldest daughters mare today.
Heading down to the shop shortly to make more waxed dirt and thin my blood out some Yep that is a rough day. I remember my first horse had to be put down and I remember it well to this day.

Went to ranch early morning to get a few things done. I harvested the gardens there frost has hit a several times and things are done. I had ~150 plus muskmelon and honey dew. Nice looking produce Snowy! A few of us spent the day doing demos for some of the local school kids. Groups of 20 or so would go from one staition to another with each stop lasting about 25 minutes. Some classes where outstanding and others not so much. You can tell alot about the teacher by looking at their class. Set a few beavah sets on a crick today. One float set and one with fresh cottonwood/popular cuttings. No dam or crossover will see what happens in the morning.

I JUST finished my tailgate ahht ....the last pinstriping around the subject .
Took me a bit, between needing to drive places before it was finished. Got nice compliments even before done. Today was the last day of warmth for the paint to cure best. Got her done. Gonna drop big time wetha wise staring tonight. All I need now is the paint to cure before the first light wax .
I took pics today , but the lighting isn't the best. I'll retake later and show you. It is a spontaneous medley of tech and pinstriping ahht that one doesn't see every day.
I got this done JUST undah the deadline for weather .
I'll post pics here when I'm ready.

Ran to the bank this morning, then to NAPA for a gas cap for my work truck. Then a quick stop at Dunkin for coffee.
Then to the job site to put a cultured marble shower I built eight years ago back together after a suspected leak damaged the living room ceiling below. It turns out it wasn't my shower but a leaking condensate line from a mini-split in that bathroom.
Then to Woodcraft to pick up some brass hardware for a jewelry box I'm building for my granddaughter then to the engraver to pick up a brass plaque for that jewelry box.
Then back home and out to the wood shop to put a new blade on the band saw and get some work done on the jewelry box.
I think I put eighty-plus miles on the truck running around today.
Eh...wot?
