GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Green County Wisconsin	I went to a low carb, high fat, high protein diet and the doctor was about to say something about maybe we can improve those cholesterol numbers like it is a regular place people can improve , until he actually looked at the numbers and said , keep on doing what your doing. the lie is fat = fat humans ate meat ,eggs, veg and fish for tens of thousands of years then in a hundred years we switched to a high carb diet and sedentary lifestyle and the meat and eggs are the problem no the meat and eggs and fat cost more to produce , push the health benefits of the cheapest food so you can subsidies the cereal grains for "nutrition" programs. America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
