Been doing it for years.. fun watching bucks shred them. Don't know how? He's not got a big rack but he's a bully. I watched him chase off several nice 3_4 year old bucks. I'll shoot him in a heartbeat. I like popple for it's white bark and we don't have that here. Just pick a tree that your area bucks like to rub, put it in a location where it's near a travel route and have it easily visible.
