I will be 68 in November and take no pills daily. I have little faith in anything they give a person helping them in the long hall. I have nothing causing problems, so why take pills. What about the rest of you, how many pills are you on and what is your age?

Natural supplements are far from "PILLS".....they are not the average synthesized things that the body can't absorb and pees right out .

They are true , properly cold pressed processed plant and animal sources that are concentrated and full of nutrients that no one can possibly get that amount from just eating three meals a day.

67 I take one baby aspirin daily because my oncologist suggested it. Not the cardiologist. I do take 4 pills that are vitamins or supplements. None I take are required but I function better with them.

Wish I didn't have to take any. I have tried multiple diet changes. Nothing but the pills keep me functioning.

66 and a half. No pills now. I somehow put on an extra 30 pounds in recent years and my blood pressure shot up to the point that breathing didn't result in giving me enough oxygen. Lightheadedness. That sucked.
The doc put me on blood pressure medicine which brought my BP down enough to relieve my symptoms, but the side effects involved the inability of me being able to tolerate hot weather. Well that wasn't going to work for me, so I decided to lose 23 pounds over 2-3 month period. Blood pressure has gotten back to what is considered normal and I feel great. I still monitor my blood pressure on a regular basis since high BP can be a silent killer whereas your first symptom is that you wake up dead somewhere.
While I was in the ER with breathlessness, They ran all of the tests that they could think of to find out what might be wrong with me other than elevated BP, but found nothing out of the norm other than higher than normal triglycerides. I have had numerous annual blood tests when I had a job which require them due to dangerous chemicals we were constantly exposed to, and always had elevated triglycerides.
Moral of the story? If you are 5' 8", you have no business weighing 194 pounds. I am down to 173 pounds now. My plans are to get down to 170 and stay there.

Five years ago, until this year I was on over active bladder med, flomax, two blood pressure and a statins.
Two years ago we stopped eating most processed food, I dropped forty lbs.
I've been taking Cheyenne pepper every morning, I no longer need bladder, flomax, sratin blood pressure meds.
We found out a year and a half ago that statins are very bad for you, they prevent the brain from recovering.

81. Take Carvedilol for high BP, Eliquis for AFIB. I go the the health club where I lift weights and do 25 minutes cardio Monday to Friday. I take a lot of vitamins and Quercetin and NAC for immune system. Have never been vaccinated for anything. Had covid twice, symptoms were as mild as a common cold. Have an annual physical so I can get my meds refilled. Just was there yesterday. My BP was 112/75. Oxygen level 98%.

Just turned 64, only vitamins and supplements these days. Ten years back I was on a bakers dozen for a-fib, blood pressure and type-2 db. Had a heart ablation procedure that cured the a-fib and lost 100+ pounds that took care of the rest. After a couple of back surgeries that didn't quite do what they promised, I have a running script for some hardcore pain pills, but only take when I absolutely need to, otherwise it's Tylenol and deal with it.

Now how many that take a couple or more pills a day eat a lot of processed food. You know stuff in cans, boxes, jars or bags. You should look at what you are eating. The list of stuff that is in it anyway. Most he processed food is making problems for you, so you have to go on pills.

I never saw a good frozen pizza. If you get out this way give me a shout and I will show you what a good Pizza is. It will have a sour dough crust, but you should be able to was it down with a home brew. It will be made in a cast iron skillet and fill it to the top. Lots of meat and cheese.

No canned or processed foods here....exercise regularly...fast walk 2.5 miles a day and extras.weights. cracked tailbone at present from a fall last week so slowing down a bit at the moment. Still load ànd unload feed sacks etc.
