MJM OP trapper M Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 9,991 ND	I will be 68 in November and take no pills daily. I have little faith in anything they give a person helping them in the long hall. Natural supplements are far from "PILLS".....they are not the average synthesized things that the body can't absorb and pees right out . They are true , properly cold pressed processed plant and animal sources that are concentrated and full of nutrients that no one can possibly get that amount from just eating three meals a day. I've been on these naturals for decades and have very good health. I am rarely sick, no shots or "vaccines" at all. Working out in body building, heavy weight lifting, core strengthening and some cardio is also key to health, no matter what age . Don't get overweight. This is what I do. I am hoping to eliminate the statin with some diet and lifestyle changes... I don't ever want to go back to untreated ADHD. Just happy to be here.

I put in a request for another 76 years with the same woman having the time of my life!! Its A Good Time To Be A Trapper!
