Who's been calling it an invasion and disaster? Actually, the money mostly goes to local governments and the catholic church. If you go to the FEMA website, they have a long list of grant recipients. It is an interesting list. Most of it is probably waste, fraud and abuse.

Hey, you here saying the money was extra. We have no EXTRA $, we are in debt to our eyeballs.
