What's your favorite lure to fish, whether or not you catch anything with it or ever have?

I just love to fish a Crazy Crawler parallel to a bluff in deep water, and have caught some dandy Bass with it.
And fishing a spinner bait SLOW, so it bounces off the bottom, and I catch a LOT of Channel Cat like that.
Johnson's Silver Minnow. NEVER EVER caught anything on one in over 60 years of trying.

I have a tackle box full of lures, that the only thing they've ever caught was ME!

Every kid needs a Dog and a Curmudgeon.

Remember Bowe Bergdahl, the traitor.

Beware! Jill Pudlewski, Ron Oates and Keven Begesse are liars and thiefs!

Probably my favorite is a Rapala jointed in perch color. It’s usually my go to on any freshwater lake, pond, or river.

Other favorites include Storm Wild Eyes, Bill Lewis Rat-L-Traps, spinner baits, Zara Spooks, Jitterbugs and the lowly plastic worm.

Eh...wot?

I have a ton of favorites, many already mentioned above. I’d have to say the one lure that reminds me of fishing as a kid is the red and white Dare Devil. I would wear the paint off a couple of them every summer. I think I’ve caught almost everything that swims on one, in my area anyway, Then later in Ontario. I never gave into the cheap knockoffs, always had to be a genuine Dare Devil.

I occasionally break one out each year for old times sake.

The classic Jitterbug and Hula Popper. Just plain fun to fish, and nothing like it when a fish blows up on them!

I get the blanks from a company in China and paint myself. After 30+ years of tournaments and guiding, lipless/blade baits are the most versatile baits I found

We catch quite a few bass on Johnsons Silver Minnows
Got to add a white plastic twisty tail to it

Throw mostly spoons ---Little Cleo and Daredevils for pike.
Rapala and Berkley crankbaits a close second.

Sliver spoon is deadly on pike. Five of diamonds on musky.

I like throwing frogs at dawn, whacking stumps
with a heavy spinner most of the day, and buzz baits in the evening.

Unless it's cold out that's all I do!

A overlooked older lure caught a lot of different fish back in the day, still good today Lazy Ike and flat fish, flat fish are still used quite bit.I caught a 28" walleye on a #60 flat fish trolling for pike.Good for casting for pike and musky, nice slow wobble, caught lots of walleyes on the 3" Lazy Ike's,I'm not sure if they are still being made?
