The ones that didn't parish in the siege of Jerusalem were taken captive by Rome.
Of course some had converted and took head of Jesus words spoken of in the Olivetti discourse.
They fled Jerusalem with the rest of the believers when they saw the signs that Jesus had spoken of.

Two house theology comes to mind (Isaiah 8:14). Some entertain the Ephraim bunch converted to Christian. The 2 house theology is the opposite for replacement theology.

If Stephen is correct, then my take on it is that the Jews won't get their act together until the 2nd coming of Christ. As my way of reading Acts, Stephen was implying that the Jews always get it wrong the first time, but get it right the second time.

Until then, we can expect more chaos and evil; particularly when the Jews bring in their mashiach; which best I can tell will be what Christians call the AC.
