In any other realm, more like a strict federal suggestion. Laws these days are selectively enforced. Easy to vote your way into socialism, but impossible to vote your way out of it.

From the MSN article What they left out is after the cops questioned him he jumped on a plane for California then was headed back overseas and the feds got him before he left the country.
