probably should sell the spare Kidney , you only need one and it doesn't effect your shooting once you heal up!
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Going to have to learn how to shoot a rifle one-handed. A box of ammo cost me the other arm.
Ol dad Oh no! I'm sorry to hear this. Bad reload?
United we stand.

What kind of ammo and what did it cost? Did you get to pick which arm you gave up?

Why did you shoot a whole box? Better question, why didn't you already have 5+ boxes stashed away? The days of $9.99 Red Box Federals are gone forever. Premium hunting ammo will run roughly $50 box these days. Common calibers will be a little less, many magnum's and "odd" calibers will be more.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Just cot off the back end of the stock makes it 10x easier to shoot one handed
The rifle has no will of its own it may be used for evil but there are more good men than evil men and evil will be corrected by good men with rifles.

Ol dad
Federal Premium 300 H&H with 180 grain Nosler Partitions were a deal at $100 box about 10 years ago. 32 Rem, 30 Rem, 25-35, etc is all crowding $100 box or $5 shot.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Holy crap. I have been buying factory Norma for my 7x57 for less than $25/box from Midway just to get the brass.
I load for pretty much everything else.

$50/box for 243??? No, someone didn’t really look. That particular round was discontinued. He may have found a website trying to see what people are willing to pay for them, but thats by no means a normal price
