To all, remember this is a military operation. They sometimes handle things in ways we won't understand right away. They must allow some things to go on to show the corruption so ALL can see. While at the same time take care of things behind the scenes before they reveal the truth. It is a strategic thing. They need as many sheeple behind this to make the transition as smooth as possible. Also remember this is a worldwide change going on. The time it takes is a necessary evil. Be glad when it's all over. We will all know at the same time
Exactly what is this military operation? When exactly is in charge, and under whose authority?

But i will answer under who's authority. How about the authority of our CONSTITUTION. Our military does not only act against foreign powers meaning to do us harm but also protects us from a government that goes rogue & does what it wants, whenever it wants against our Constitution. Sound familiar recently? Stolen election, censorship against the truth, & other forms of treason, etc. Thank GOD for the good part of our military!
The operation all started back in the 1960's by a patriotic group of concerned upper military personnel when a corrupt part of our government took out our president. These concerned patriotic military people saw that the corruption just stepped way out of bounds. They had to wait and find a person who felt the same, could be trusted, and could not be bought. Then finally found this man named Trump, explained the situation to him, and talked him into running for president. It has been an official operation since then. The military needed a presidents help to put into place executive orders and such, which Trump did between 2016-2019. And here we are.
